Description of Role Working with construction companies within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure fit-out and Civils and Groundworkers industries all over the UK. I source them highly skilled Trades, Labour, Machine Operators and Management staff to supplement or grow their current workforce.

Description of Role I am responsible for the commercial operations of NOTION4 overseeing customer credit applications, financial collections and managing the accounts payable department along with working alongside ensuring our relations with creditors is strong due to timely payments.
Fun Fact I can down a pint in 5 seconds. Beat that. P.S I’m not an addict.

Description of Role I am an experienced consultant with multiple years of experience working across Construction & Facilities Management. I am responsible for supporting new clients with long term hires and contract personnel across various trades including M&E and Management.

Description of Role I am responsible for developing new relations with clients across all divisions of NOTION4; nurturing new clients into flourishing relations along with managing our existing client base ensuring they are receiving the best service at all times.

Matthew Stainer
Description of Role I oversee all maintenance and refurbishment work for the small works team. My key roles are surveying, client relations, quotations and new business development. I have 20 years experience in construction - previously having been a carpenter on the tools.
Fun Fact I am the world record holder for eating double cheeseburgers.
Kathryn Smith
Description of Role My role at NOTION4 is a critical role to the success of the business. By maintaining our cashflow through controlling our daily credit with customers and suppliers - I am responsible for the cash operations for all divisions.
