Description of Role
As Contracts Manager within our Maintenance division, I oversee the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across the UK. I work closely with clients, engineers and our back-office teams to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to Notion4’s standards. My role focuses on contract performance, client satisfaction and continuous improvement across all live maintenance accounts.
Fun Fact
I once managed an emergency call-out programme for over 40 sites in a single weekend – without a single missed SLA.
Blaine Lawrence
Description of Role
As Construction Director at Notion4, I lead our Building Contracting and Fit-Out operations nationwide, overseeing project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. I work closely with our project teams, site managers and clients to ensure every scheme is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. My focus is on operational performance, compliance and driving consistency across all construction projects.
Fun Fact
I still carry the same tape measure from my very first site job – and it’s been on more projects than most people in the business.
Nathan Wilson
Description of Role
As Candidate Manager within our Recruitment division, I look after our contractor and permanent candidate network across Fit-Out, Facilities Management and Construction Services. I support candidates through every stage of the recruitment journey – from registration and compliance through to placement and aftercare – ensuring they are fully prepared, supported and matched to the right projects for our clients. My focus is on building long-term relationships and maintaining the high standards Notion4 is known for.
Fun Fact
I once completed an entire candidate onboarding and compliance pack from my phone while stuck on a delayed train – and still placed the candidate the same day.

Description of Role
As a Maintenance Engineer at Notion4, I support our clients with reactive and planned maintenance across commercial and residential sites. With many years of hands-on experience in the industry, I take pride in diagnosing issues quickly, working safely and leaving every job completed properly the first time. I’m known for my practical knowledge, reliability and for being a steady, trusted presence on site.
Fun Fact
I’ve been working in maintenance so long that I still prefer a notepad and pencil on site – and I can usually fix the problem before most people finish explaining it.
Harvey Lovelace

As a Maintenance Engineer at Notion4, I specialise in residential maintenance, carrying out both reactive and planned works across occupied and managed properties. I take pride in delivering a professional, friendly service to residents while ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. As a younger engineer, I’m keen to keep developing my skills and building long-term experience within the maintenance sector.

I passed my trade qualification before most of my friends had finished education – and I still enjoy learning something new on every job.

Description of Role
As a Scheduling & Administration Apprentice within our Maintenance division, I support the day-to-day coordination of engineers, jobs and client requests. I help manage bookings, update job systems and assist the operations team to ensure works are scheduled efficiently and communication runs smoothly between clients, engineers and the back office. My role is focused on organisation, accuracy and learning the full maintenance workflow from the ground up.

I genuinely love numbers – give me a spreadsheet and a set of job stats and I’m in my element.
John McSherry
Description of Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Notion4, I manage and grow key client accounts across our Construction, Fit-Out and Facilities Management sectors. I lead the full recruitment process – from client briefing and candidate sourcing through to placement and aftercare – ensuring both clients and candidates receive a clear, professional and reliable service at every stage.

I live in France and still manage UK recruitment projects every day – proof that good relationships don’t need to be in the same country.

Description of Role Overseeing the accounting and financial process for Notion4's contract personnel and maintenance divisions. From generating invoices, managing financial credit limits, book keeping, credit control and the operational management of our Bristol office.

Description of Role Working with construction companies within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure fit-out and Civils and Groundworkers industries all over the UK. I source them highly skilled Trades, Labour, Machine Operators and Management staff to supplement or grow their current workforce.

Lucy Hudson
Description of Role I am responsible for the commercial operations of NOTION4 overseeing customer credit applications, financial collections and managing the accounts payable department along with working alongside ensuring our relations with creditors is strong due to timely payments.
